Out of Network Benefits: I will gladly provide a receipt for anyone wishing to receive reimbursement for an out of network visit. Being an out of network provider means I am not subject to an insurance company’s fee rate adjustments. If you are filing for an out of network reimbursement, please note that insurance companies rarely allow for more than one session per week and have limits concerning the number of sessions covered per year. Prior to your first visit it is advised that you contact your insurance company to determine your specific coverage.

I am happy to discuss my fee schedule with you. When possible, I work with others to determine a "sliding scale" fee, which is determined before meeting.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. I want appointments to be both convenient for clients and myself. As a result, evening and weekend appointments are available when appropriate. In order to be respectful of time a 24 cancellation notice is required. I also value your time and choice to enter treatment.
